Min Requirements;
at least 3 years experience as a Cafe Manager and overall 5+ years experience as a Barista

Overseas experience is preferred.

Should be able to speak English moderately

- Able to work flexible hours especially weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to handle ordering stock take/waste management/ pricing of the menu
- Able to manage the kitchen to the front of house
- Knowledgeable on current food/beverages trends
- Able to lead the team of 15 including cook, kitchen hand, baristas, and other waitstaff.
- Head down and bum up attitude in peak service times and able to consistently deliver
- Organised and able to ensure quality and consistency
- Have a good positive attitude towards your work and career
- Provide a friendly workmanship, gain the respect of your team
- Knowledge about new market trends
- Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment.
- Costing of the food and beverages, according to the local supplier prices

About us, Preethi International Pty Ltd has a chain of Hospitality businesses such as One Penny Black located in Newcastle CBD and One Tree Coffee located in Charlestown square since 2013. Both the cafes have been awarded as the best cafes in Bean hunter, Trip advisor and other social platforms.

**Salary**: $47,000.00 per year
