About the role

Cafe Enzo' is seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our vibrant team in Pokolbin, NSW. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting premium quality coffee beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, upbeat cafe environment. This Casual/Part time role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced barista to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our popular cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white and more using premium coffee beans
  2. Ensuring consistent, high-quality coffee preparation and presentation
  3. Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work station
  5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  6. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  7. Promoting the cafe's brand and menu offerings to customers

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of coffee equipment, preparation techniques and flavour profiles
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  6. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and coffee culture
