About the role

Increase the impact of science at the Australian Museum by undertaking technical work supporting the Curator of Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Biology in implementing an innovative field-based research on the ecology and conservation of Australian frogs. The role will involve field surveys, spatial and molecular analysis and community engagement.

About you

Essential Requirements:

- BSc or BSc (Hons) preferred, TAFE qualifications, or equivalent research experience with a strong background relevant to the Museum’s research priorities
- Current full NSW Driver’s Licence.

Knowledge & Experience
- Demonstrated capacity to conduct and/or assist research on amphibians or reptiles and experience with amphibian and reptile related field and lab work.
- Current knowledge and working experience to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities outlined in this Role Description
