**The Role**:
Reporting to Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager at our National Branch Support Centre in Mount Waverley, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Masterfile Lead to support in delivering and maintaining the best product catalogue online and across our branch network.
As Product Masterfile Lead, you’ll develop a team and lead others to assume responsibility of all Product Master Data within the business, ensuring it’s kept up date whilst maintaining the highest quality data integrity and accuracy.
You will be critical in developing high-quality, and efficient processes, with supporting documentation for the management of the Product Master Data within the business.

**Duties include**:

- Manage team members to take responsibility for all Product Master Data ensuring the highest accuracy and data integrity
- Ensure that all documentation relating to PIM and Product Master Data is maintained and accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with Category Management and Suppliers to validate changes to our data
- Be active in identifying and improving current processes for analysing, auditing and managing quality data and required KPI's
- Contribute towards improvements of the current platform to ensure strategic objectives of the business are met.
- Support the business with the Product Master Data helpdesk, investigate, resolve and escalate issues with a focus on customer service and attention to excellence.
- Control all processes and document to qualify the product data load.

**Essential Skills**:

- An essential knowledge and skill set consisting of a greater understanding of wide business processes such as, Sales & Margin, Pricing, Inventory, Customer, Supply Chain and Finance,
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and effectively process data from different sources and in various forms.
- Absolute attention to detail, with the ability to promptly and efficiently manipulate complex datasets with ease.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to develop product content into a consumer-friendly format
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to analyse and present findings non-technical users and senior leadership team.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly, adapt where necessary in a professional manner
- Skills to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Have excellent problem solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills and team management
