Roller is News Corp Australia’s purpose-built creative agency designed to deliver big ideas and world-class campaigns, at scale and at pace. Our primary goal is to drive consumer awareness and engagement through the creative marketing of content, subscription offers and bespoke experiences for News Corp Australia brands. The Roller team sits within the broader content creative and production team with over 100 like minded creative and production specialists also developing ideas for commercial clients and their campaigns. An exciting opportunity sits within the Roller team managing our campaigns and projects, with our clients plus creative and operations team to deliver creative campaigns for Australia’s largest news’s digital and print network
**What’s the role?**
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including Australia’s best editorial, marketing and content teams, you will manage campaign progress, ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns
- This position would suit someone with client service and project management experience who is looking to take a step up into a truly varied role that is fast-paced and challenging.
- As part of our Campaign Management team, you will lead by example, demonstrating excellence in customer service, and effectively managing key stakeholder relationships.
**Who you are**
- Client service and project management background, with 2+ years in a creative agency environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have high standards in everything that you do with great attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills, who is calm under pressure
- Ability to work fast, and to deadlines, without compromising the quality of the work
- Good planning skills to manage upcoming workload and deadlines
- Highly motivated, productive and collaborative approach to your work.
- Analytical, ability to spot trends and be comfortable working with a variety of data sources
- Ability to develop strong working relationships in complex organisational structures, both internal and external
- Good understanding of the digital landscape
- Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team
