The **Demand Generation Manager** will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand and Pipeline value for Ideagen’s software solutions in the ANZ region. This role will focus on creating and nurturing leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning closely with sales to ensure effective lead conversion, and analysing campaign performance to optimise future efforts and reduce CAC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion for Ideagen’s solutions.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver leads contributing to pipeline value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage lead nurturing processes and ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on qualified leads.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. content
- Manage the marketing database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant content that drives engagement and supports demand generation efforts.
- Coordinate with the Central team to leverage global campaigns locally.
- Monitor and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- Plan ,manage and execute events to support demand generation and enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with ABM to support enterprise account-based marketing initiatives to drive sales pipeline
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to senior management.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Experience with campaign marketing, events and Omni channels (Owned, Paid, Earned).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
