**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing new tenancies, including hosting open homes and conducting detailed ingoing condition reports.
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Attending to tenancy requests promptly and professionally.

**Role requirements**:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence or be willing to obtain the qualifications
- Current and valid driver’s licence plus reliable vehicle

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
