**Picture yourself in the role**:
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll assist in generating leads and supporting sales activities. This is an established role with tools, resources and some warm leads ready to go. You will also enjoy the thrill of the hunt for new leads. This exciting opportunity is available full-time or part-time, with a mixture of working from home and the office in Lot Fourteen in the Adelaide CBD.

**Here’s what you’ll be focusing on**:

- Qualify leads from desktop research and telephone outreach (cold calling).
- Assist in researching and generating appropriate leads (decision makers).
- Arrange sales appointments and materials.
- Follow-up on initial enquiries generated through outreach campaigns.
- Build new and leverage existing connections.
- Networking and event coordination.
- Manage the lead and sales pipelines through the customer database (HubSpot).
- Contribute to the creation of appropriate content and marketing initiatives across all digital platforms.
- Assist with relevant business development projects as required.

**Of course, you will need to love working in a tech / AI but you should also have**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting B2B sales functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills over the phone, in person and in writing.
- Experience using HubSpot and a background working with IT/technology products
- A passion for customer service and the ability to develop on-going rapport with clients and develop strong professional relationships.
- Experience in researching future clients and developing appropriate relationships with them (including cold calling, events, networking and taking and following up referrals or testimonials).
- A passion for the technology space with an ability and strength in translating complex language to laymen speak.
- High energy with a positive and outgoing disposition.
- High digital literacy and ability to quickly learn how to use sales and marketing tools to complement processes.
- Problem solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.
- Professionalism in all aspects of the role.
