**About the Role**

As a **Sales Representative** at Rapid, you’ll join our established Sales team and have a key part to play in driving sales within Australia. You’ll be passionate about B2B sales and generating new business to help us achieve our revenue growth objectives. You’ll be exceptional at listening, speaking and presenting to prospective customers and have outstanding presentation skills, both over the phone and face to face to a wide variety of audiences. Innovation, influence and adaptability are attributes that are key to success in this role.

To be successful, you'll have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- A proven track record developing new business and closing sales with minimum 2 years' Sales Experience
- A strong ability to understand prospective client’s requirements and offer applicable and innovative solutions
- Excel at adapting to clients across a wide range of industries and a variety of buyer types
- Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions in a fast-moving, competitive environment
- Experience selling software as a service and ability to understand and adapt to changing technologies
- Have an interest in Workplace Health and Safety technology and a good understanding of WHS principles
- Able to travel nationally as required
