Achieve Australia is looking for a proactive and organised **Referral** **Network Engagement Coordinator** to support our strategy and expand our referral network.

This isn’t about lead generations or sales. It is about ensuring the right people know who we are, what we offer, and how to refer clients to our services.

This is a 3-month flexible opportunity - can be full-time, part-time or casual.

**What you will do**:

- Map the network by researching and identifying new referral sources using online platforms, directories, and industry lists.
- Review and cleanse our existing data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Help spot new promotional opportunities for Achieve services across community and provider channels.
- Maintain data integrity and provide insights that support our business development and operational teams.

**Who you are**:

- You are a natural communicator: warm, curious, and professional on the phone.
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to cleaning and updating data.
- Happy working solo and in collaboration with others across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Strategy.
- Experience in NDIS or Aged-Care is highly regarded.
- Confident using digital tools - HubSpot experience a plus, but not essential.
- Looking for a flexible short-term opportunity with purpose.
