**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for a full-time Fulfilment Team Leader, responsible for managing Art Shed’s order fulfilment department. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will also manage the Fulfilment team to ensure all our online orders are picked, packed and dispatched within our company timeframe commitments.

Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching all orders on a daily basis
- Daily maintenance of all orders that come through the system
- Management of our order fulfilment team, including training, rostering, and performance reviews
- Development of processes and procedures to ensure peak efficiency
- Ordering all consumables
- Cost management of all areas of the department including, consumables, freight charges and wages

This is a full-time role working from Tuesday to Saturday, based in our Moorabbin store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in managing a fulfilment team or a similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent computer skills and proven ability to learn new programs
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to grow and learn as our company grows.
- Excellent team management skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Maropost (Neto) is an advantage.
