We are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance coordinator to join our team at Catholic Healthcare's home at Blakeney Lodge Tumut on a casual basis.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports.
- Ability to provide works costs estimates.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid-19 Vaccincation
