Motel Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of motel and lead a small, hardworking team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and guest services.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day motel operations including reservations, housekeeping, and front office.Supervise and train staff, ensuring high standards of service.Oversee budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.Requirements:Diploma qualification in Management (or related field).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in motel/hotel management.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a small team.Customer service focus with a commitment to quality.
