Our team provides claims services for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance. CTP provides cover for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Allianz employs specialist claims staff to assist claimants rebuild their lives when they need us most. We are seeking a self-motivated Claims Consultant who will manage their own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation by investigating, negotiating and settling claims within agreed authority levels in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. This vital member of the team will demonstrate a professional approach and ability to build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders' including medical professionals and legal professionals. **What if you could put the Claimant at the heart of everything you do?** You'll be directly improving our claimant's lives and well-being. You'll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding.
