**Your Role**

We’ve got great Fixed term (6 month) opportunity for CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims consultants to join our supportive team based in Adelaide. You’ll manage a portfolio of CTP Claims, supporting people who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident. Focused on the health and recovery of injured persons, your goal is to manage claims in accordance with the relevant legislation and find ways to facilitate recovery and return to work.

This role offers a hybrid environment, with a requirement to work from the office at least one day per week with additional requirements for office attendance during initial training and according to business needs.

With full training provided, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am
- 5pm, with some flexibility.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers, problem solve and diffusing conflict
- Demonstrated strong decision making and negotiation skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
- Outcome focussed with a drive to achieve results
- Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with traffic regulations
- Experience working in a legal or health environment(desired)
- Experience managing personal injury claims or similar claims(desired)

Overseeing a portfolio of claims for clients who have experienced physical or psychological injuries from motor accidents requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and resilience. In exchange, you’ll join a close-knit, customer-focused team dedicated to making a positive impact.
