**The role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and careful Estimator to provide support from our Parramatta Office

Reporting to the Finance & Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Business and Development strategy which includes new business opportunities and contract retention opportunities.

The role of Estimator is to work with the broader team to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analysing important metrics and cost/benefits that support profitable business decisions.

This role is also responsible for contributing positively to the entire Cater Care Business Development team and to the alignment of the broader Sales, Marketing and Bid team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely project estimates (job studies) for new business and retention business projects
- Ensure timely receipt of RFP’s to ensure timely dispatch/submission as per client requests
- Contribute to internal partnerships with the Operations teams and other Group Support functions to facilitate business outcomes
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders to improves accuracy, creates efficiencies and reduces risk to the Cater Care business.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline will be highly regarded
- Proficiency with Google For Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word etc).
- A collaborative attitude and be a team player
- Innovative -able to think creatively to offer different solutions for clients.
- Commercial acumen with strong understanding of numbers
- Strong communication and willingness to development relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
