Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Hydraulic Work Cell in Rutherford. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the day-to-day workshop responsibilities of Hydraulic Cell activity whilst leading the growth efforts. With the ability to work with Internal and External Customers you will have the drive to lead and grow the Hydraulic Cell increasing throughput of jobs and workshop hours.

With the right drive and attitude this role will provide personal growth and development opportunities.
Key Job Responsibilities
Demonstrated commitment to Safety
Ability to lead a team to achieve customer timelines.
Experience in the overhaul of Joy Underground mining equipment.
Understanding of Joy Underground Hydraulic Components and repair processes.
Understanding quality and test procedures.
Ability to read and understand related engineering drawings and schematics.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and plan jobs.
Drive 6S and continuous improvement,

Qualifications/Requirements
Cert III Mechanical/Electrical trade qualification.
Post trade qualification.
Frontline leadership qualification.
Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
Computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Dogging and forklift tickets
