Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Fabrication in Rutherford. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the day to day workshop responsibilities of Fabrication from Komatsu Underground Mining equipment.
Key Job Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Attributes

Demonstrated commitment to Safety
Ability to lead a team to achieve customer timelines.
Cert III Fabrication trade qualification.
Extensive experience in fabrication processers.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
Understanding quality and test procedures.
Ability to read and understand related engineering drawings and schematics.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and plan jobs.
Drive 6S and continuous improvement,
Computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office,

Qualifications/Requirements

**Desired Skills & Attributes**:
Post trade qualification in fabrication.
Frontline leadership qualification.
Dogging, and Forklift tickets.
Experience with SAP.
