**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Lead and manage** the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- ** Monitor and drive** sales performance, providing coaching and support to team members to maximize results.
- ** Build and maintain** strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- ** Oversee**the processing of customer orders, quotes, and inquiries to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Collaborate** with other departments, including external sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- ** Analyze** sales data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ** Handle** escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.

**To be successful in this role you need to**:

- ** Proven experience** in a sales or customer service role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- ** Strong leadership** and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- ** Excellent** communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- ** Proficiency** in using sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ** Strong problem-solving skills** and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
