**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

We have a new opportunity to join our busy Careers Team and collaborate closely with our senior stakeholders on end to end recruitment across a number of business lines.

This is a varied role so in addition to operational recruitment, you will support the team by ensuring the best employee experience possible across pre-employment through to the first 6 months of the employee lifecycle.

You will also have the opportunity to support the broader HR team across projects which aligns to our growth strategy.

You will have experience in end to end recruitment, either from an internal or agency recruitment team. The role will be based in either Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne ( Scoresby). We are flexible and support a range of hybrid working arrangements.
