**About the opportunities**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and hard-working Accounts Receivable Office to join this national business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling debtor accounts to ensure timely settlements, and the accurate administering and processing of payments

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day collections processes along with daily collections admin functions and tasks.
- Negotiate payments and payment arrangements
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Liaising with third-party service providers
- Continuously look to improve the current processes

**Skills and experience**
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong ability to work as a member of a team
- Strong eye for detail with an excellent level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience in collections, debt recovery or outbound call centre environment
