Efficient and effective Payroll Officer responsible in processing payroll whilst overseeing and assisting with time and attendance systems

**About the Role**
Arcare is looking for a Payroll Officer to assist in maintaining payroll plus time & attendance systems, accurately process payments in a timely fashion and attend to and complete general payroll queries. The Payroll Officer will also be able to undertake end to end payroll processes, month end processes and assist in reconciling reports with Finance. There is an expectation that the Payroll Officer will strive to implement efficient and productive systems. The Payroll Officer will report directly into the Payroll Manager

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated CHRIS21 and Time Target knowledge and experience
- Previous experience in aged care (desirable)
- Previous experience within a high-volume payroll department
- Well-developed skills in communicating with individuals with diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
