**The Opportunity**:
VitalCALL with Chubb are providing the implementation of the 4G Migration program to our customers. We are now in the process of creating the new Field Force Consultant/Scheduler role, for our Remote Services Center in Victoria, working initially from an office in the Northern suburbs for 2/3 months, then remotely from home.
VitalCALL alarms provide a valuable service to our customers, providing Personal Emergency Response units, which are installed in our customer’s homes. These devices allow our customers to live independently and provide peace of mind to customers and their families alike. The implementation of the 4G Migration program, providing an upgrade to customers alarm systems across Australia and New Zealand and requires dedicated resources to ensure full customer satisfaction.
**You will contribute by**:
- Directly co-ordinate and plan the daily activities and work of Field Technicians.
- Schedule daily and or in advance all work to technicians for the 4G Migration program.
- Performing support administration functions in a timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the business.
- Ensure workflow planning is performed to maximise technician productive hours and meet all customer KPI and SLA’s.
**Experience and Knowledge Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a similar role with strong focus on scheduling and planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- Can collate and analyse data to support daily activity to ensure there is sufficient resource hours v’s work hours.
- The ability to problem solve, process improve and demonstrate a commitment to on-going learning and development.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Experience working with an ERP system (Pronto preferred).
- Experience working with a Monitoring system -Mastermind, Sales Force or similar is advantageous.
- Experience working within the Security Industry/Alarm Monitoring is preferred.
