We are looking for the right fit to join our Reservations team based at our BILINGA office (opposite the Gold Coast airport).

HOURS REQUIRED: Ideally full time hours, with flexibility to suit your needs. Casual or permanent. Long term, stable employment. Weekend work available.

As an Inbound/Outbound Reservations Phone Consultant, you'd join our exceptional crew, following up on our website enquiries with a focus on making bookings and providing quality customer service. NO COLD CALLING

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have made an online enquiry on our website to secure bookings.
  • Exceptional customer service, providing any information that customers may require.
  • Answering Inbound phones calls.
  • Occasional face to face customer service on counter facilitating car rentals as required.

Successful applicants will have:

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self motivated/persistent attitude.
  • Exceptional sales ability (Previous sales experience is A MUST)
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Previous experience and success with outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is highly regarded.
  • Drivers License
