An exciting opportunity to join a leading eCommerce/retailer throughout Australia as their Digital Roadmap / Portfolio Delivery Manager has now opened up.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the development teams, product teams and eCommerce leadership and digital team to prioritise and deliver their digital roadmap. You will be project managing and bringing together all required stakeholders so that their complex programs of work can be delivered efficiently and in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set:

- Minimum 5 years working for enterprise retail / E-Commerce organisations (enterprise omni-channel retailers) driving roadmaps
- A deep understanding of Agile Project management and delivery, with experience managing sprints and agile ceremonies
- Experience working with a complex supply chain business. (including Click and Collect)
- Experience working in an agency environment working with Ecommerce / Retail clients
- A want and willingness to learn
- A deep understanding of customer experience, Commercial & return on investment that can be used to help prioritise backlogs + roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills along with strong negotiation and risk management skills
- The ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner to non-specialist / technical audiences
- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations across all your projects ensuring the scope of work is fully understood
- The ability to plan and manage project budgets, resources and timescales
- Analytical & Critical mind-set where you are not scared to challenge the norm.
- Understanding of digital marketing / CRM / CDPs (highly desirable)
