E-commerce Production Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce Production Co-Ordinator to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of the monthly eCommerce fashion shoots. You will require exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that all product information is captured accurately, all products are shot, and final assets are delivered on time.

- time role 4 days per week on a 6 month fixed-term contract._

**THE ROLE**:

- Sample management - ensure product is reconciled and handed to Stylist/photography team prior to shoots.
- Track and review image delivery and ensure quality of images meet brand standards.
- Work with product teams to relay retouching notes to the photography and retouching teams.
- Create accessories/still-life styling documents.
- Provide final shot lists, shoot information and brief crews on all shoot requirements.
- Work closely with Group Studio Manager on confirmed product quantities & shoot day requirements.
- Assist across all areas of the shoot as required.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/certificate in Styling and/or Visual Merchandising or similar field highly regarded, but not essential.
- 1+ years' experience in an e-Commerce fashion styling/production role.
- Understanding of the end-to-end product photography process.
- Experience in fashion or retail e-Commerce photography/studio environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude, willing to take on challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with an on-site working arrangement in our St Kilda Road Offices.
