We are seeking a motivated, hard working, bright and detail orientated Warehouse Manager to work full time in our Port Melbourne warehouse.

About the role:
A hands on role managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries

Manage container deliveries to warehouse, ensuring all stock is unloaded, accurately receipted, and either prepared for dispatch or added to stock

Using forklift for general tasks

Preparing and dispatching customer orders for wine cabinets, climate control units and wine racking systems

Liaising with customers regarding delivery of their order and booking in couriers and freight forwarders

Conducting regular stocktakes

Review and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure we are utilising the most efficient and effective options

Assist with installations (some travel may be required) and minor service issues

Maintain equipment and company vehicles

Maintain an organised, tidy and safe warehouse

General warehouse and office duties

Prior experience in a Warehouse Management role

A current forklift licence

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Strong communication skills with staff and VIP clients

The ability to use your initiative, work autonomously and manage your time effectively,

Good technical knowledge

Attention to detail

Pride in getting the job done right the first time

A great work ethic

A team player who is easy to get along with, proactive and has a positive attitude

You are extremely trustworthy, reliable, punctual, well mannered and presentable

Committed to improving things and fixing the root cause of the problem

MacPhee’s helps create thousands of unique and beautiful wine cellars and spaces using the best wine cabinets and wine cooling equipment in the world as well as the largest range of Wine Racking Systems in Australia for residential, multi residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

Hours

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
