**About the role**
The Project Administrator provides general administration tasks for the daily execution of the project being an integral team member. The role reports directly to the Project Controls Manager.
This position will facilitate all administrative components for the Project Director and Project Manager and project team members within an internal and external level.
**Key responsibilities**
- Co-ordination and support for external engagement activities
- Provide general project administration support services to the team
- Organisation of events both internal and external of Ampol
- Organisation and coordination of visiting parties (Ampol and external)
- Organisation of travel for team members
- Coordination/writing of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordination & collation of meeting presentation packs
- As requested, support the Project Director and Project Manager with the organisation of their daily diaries
- On boarding of new staff
- Support routine data collation & reporting through the Project Controls function, such as cost control and/or risk management
- Additional duties as may be reasonably required by the company from time to time
**About you**
**Key skills and experience**
- Formal qualifications in business administration (AQF Certificate) or equivalent career experience
- Experience in large, complex projects in the resources industry with brownfield scopes in a client-side role
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and generic understanding of Microsoft Package
- Experience in HSE in an Australian environment
- Experience in working with confidential information and formal documents
- Experience in working on a major industrial site is desirable
- Experience in document control (e.g. Team Binder, Aconex, SDx) and the use of project data bases is an advantage
- Admin functional lead experience would be an advantage
