**Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture existing and potential business relationships with our principals.
- Generate timely day-to-day reports as requested by Principals and Customers.
- Develop realistic annual budgets for the concerned Principals and Customers.
- Achieve budgetary goals agreed upon with the Managing Director.
- Expand the companies customer and principal base successfully.
- Ensure responsible and adequate management of product range stock.
- Fulfill contractual obligations to the satisfaction of Customers and Principals.
- Maintain proactive engagement with related industry committees and associations.
- Optimize financial returns on customer investments.
- Uphold the companies image through responsible and professional conduct.
- Foster a harmonious working environment with fellow company personnel.
- Be available for travel as required by Principals and Customers.
**To be successful**
- 5+ years' experience within the chemical industry.
- Proven track record in customer and principal acquisition, driving business growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and maximizing financial returns.
- Strong mentorship and training skills, with a focus on fostering professional growth.
- Ability to achieve budgets as agreed upon by the Executive Directors.
- Excellent professional representation and interpersonal skills.
