Are you experienced in household cleaning and looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant (Cleaner) to join the Enlighten Caring team and provide quality cleaning services to NDIS participants in the Sydney area.

You will be supporting clients to develop and maintain their independence by helping with:

- Routine household tasks such as dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness at the client’s house including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Making sure the house is a safe environment with items places away safely and securely in the correct places
- Disinfecting and sterilising surfaces as required
- Occasional deep cleaning of client’s house
- Any other cleaning that may be required to help meet the client’s NDIS goals

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in cleaning in a professional setting
- Current Australian Driver’s license and your own car
- A passion to help others and a kind and compassionate character
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster which may include weekends or public holidays
- Commitment to uphold our company values and the NDIS Code of Conduct
- NDIS Worker Screening
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations (or medical exemption)

Highly regarded:

- Experience in cleaning houses of people with Disabilities
- Immediate start

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
