Recent sales growth and ongoing expansion in our manufacturing footprint has created an additional Inventory Planner position within our Group Wide Supply Chain Team.
**About the opportunity**:
Based at Head Office in Adelaide, you will be an integral member of a team that has global reach and plays a critical role in the Group’s ability to service a diverse customer portfolio, across multiple products sourced from our manufacturing facilities in Adelaide, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and India.
More specifically, you will:

- Respond to messages daily from the MRP for a set portfolio of items across multiple countries
- Inform the Demand and Operations Team Leader of significant variances to forecast
- Communicate regularly with sales to ensure consistency of supply
- Place all orders on the plant within lead-time expectations
- Expedite and de-expedite orders in accordance with demand variation
- Identify incorrect inventory parameters or identifying opportunities to improve
- Follow up orders to reflect availability with our system
- Simplify what is required to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Contribute actively to the Group Supply Chain team and work closely with the Demand Planners
- Have a passion for key supply chain functions and inventory planning
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and superior communication skills
- High levels of professional credibility and personal integrity that builds trust.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form strong partnerships across the business, with customers and overseas plants.
- Have a customer focus, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet expectations

Whilst not essential, qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or similar are highly desirable.
