**Internal Sales Representative**

Bendigo (VIC), Australia | req21967

Reporting to the SPW Branch Manager the Internal Sales Representative is responsible for Strong personal commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment. The delivery of all individual & branch safety, sales, margin, service, inventory, and profit targets. Maintaining exceptional service levels in the provision of welding and gas products/ services to customers, agents, and business partners. Contributing to excellence and complying with retail and operational standards, practices, processes, policies, and procedures.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function
- Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
- You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
- Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

**What makes you great**
- You have experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
- SAP skills are desirable
- Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
