- Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.

- Provide financial guidance to management, influencing strategic decision-making with the support of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, small team environment.
