A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Manager Business Products Lifecycle, reporting to the General Manager Business CX & Products.
A bit about your role
The Manager Business Products Lifecycle provides leadership on the end-to-end lifecycle for nbn’s range of Business Products. Core to this is driving simplicity within the product range, reviewing the delivery of products to reduce cost, and enabling account teams within nbn to support sales of business solutions. You will achieve this through monitoring performance and long-term profitability, managing product operations and overseeing the delivery of prioritised value outcomes as defined in the value stream strategy and product roadmap. Key performance metrics are customer satisfaction (OSAT, DSAT), long term product profitability and RSP easy to do business with scores.
A bit about you
You will have experience in providing innovative, integrated, and strategic solutions, that benefit customers and drive long term value for nbn, as well as significant experience in CX, product management, and product development strategies.
Your proven experience managing complex programs and initiatives, coupled with your highly developed communication skills and ability to influence and engage to get buy in from your stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
