About the Role

This is an important role contributing to the day to day operation of our Burson Auto Parts team. The primary function is to assist the network with daily operational issues, provide a level of technical and administration support plus, offering generalised support to the wider trade business.

**Other key responsibilities include**:
First point of contact for the support office including coordinating with the IT Service Desk on IT issues.

Effectively managing day to day general operational queries logged via a ticketing system.

Maintaining accurate documentation and uploading across various platforms

Provide general support to the store network for regular business functions such as stocktake schedules, new store openings and relocations, intranet and website updates, ordering of supplies and general promotional events.

About You

You must be a genuinely customer focussed individual who has previous experience working in a similar operational support role.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy work environment.

You will enjoy multi-tasking and super adaptable from answering and following up calls, to producing presentations on Powerpoint and data input.

Intermediate to advanced Excel, word and Powerpoint is essential.
