**What this role involves**

As our Receptionist, be the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries to our campus at **Doncaster East**

**You will**:

- Greet all visitors to our campus and attend to all enquiries regarding our services along with the distribution of correspondence as required
- You will undertake administration tasks as directed by management including but not limited to preparing correspondence, submissions and returns
- Access, maintain and update databases and assist with other data entry responsibilities
- Support with events and activities as required including planning catering requirements.
- General office duties as detailed in the position description
- Consistently live and demonstrate the Onemda Values of leadership, development, respect, welcoming, caring and supportive

**What we’re looking for in you**

To deliver what we need in this role, you will be:

- Warm welcoming individual
- A person with a high level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to represent and negotiate on behalf of the organisation

**Eligibility**:

- Current drivers license
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Shift work

- Doncaster East, VIC 3109: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
