Saturday Receptionist - Doncaster
Our prestigious office is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Saturday Receptionist to join our Administration team.
Located in Doncaster East, we pride ourselves on our bright, modern offices, culture, and the exceptional environment we provide our team.
**Duties will include**:

- Answering incoming calls promptly
- Meet and greet our clients
- Preparing letterbox drops and anniversary letters
- Assistance with urgent maintenance

Hours will be 9am - 1pm.
Previous experience in the industry or in a similar role is favourable. Knowledge of RP Office and Box + Dice would be highly regarded, as would strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Applicants must be well presented, highly organised and motivated, and maintain a professional veneer at all times. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to perform under pressure. You must have attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both with direction and autonomously.
