The Risk Analyst is integral to the successful growth of our organisation. As a trusted advisor to the business, you'll assist key stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage potential risks, helping to ensure Vocus’ resilience and success in the next chapter of its growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the co-ordination of organisational risk committees, including meeting with stakeholders, collation of risk information, creation of agendas and papers, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
- Maintaining key elements of the Vocus’ insurance program, including collating renewal information, managing minor claims, responding to internal information requests on insurance related items and liaising with Vocus’ insurance brokers.
- Administer relevant Governance Risk & Compliance systems, including managing access and training for key stakeholders, assisting with implementation of new systems and system updates.
- Support the oversight of the Delegated Authorities policy and register, conduct audits and communicate changes in Delegated Authorities (DoA) to finance and other stakeholders.
- Advise the business on privacy risk management, conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and provide input on data privacy related matters.

**Skills**:

- 3-4 years’ experience within a risk management or internal audit role, preferably within a consulting or large corporate role
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus, influence and manage change to help drive effective management of risk
- Superior multi‐tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working autonomously and within a larger team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (the role will require extensive internal liaison, negotiation, and presentation to the business as well as other risk and support functions).
