**The opportunity**

Join us as the Risk Analyst in our APAC Market Unit You'll spearhead operational activities and creatively implement our Risk Management Framework. Working with the Risk and Compliance Team, you'll be the second line of defence, conducting field work and data analysis. Building strong rapport with business contacts is key, fostering two-way interaction on risk and compliance matters. Make a lasting impact and embark on this exciting risk management journey with us

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Advocate robust risk culture, lead by example, and build strong relationships with business contacts.
- Assist in implementing the Risk and Compliance Plan, including workshops, compliance obligations, and control testing.
- Conduct data analysis, KRI assessments, and interpretation, ensuring enforcement of escalation thresholds.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Team, providing comprehensive service and meaningful information to the business.

**What do I need?**
- Preferred qualifications in Business and Risk Management, along with Risk Management Accreditation (RIMS, RMIA or similar).
- Strong analytical skills to transform risk and incident data into meaningful management information.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Risk Management roles in financial services, insurance, and/or healthcare sectors, with expertise in analyzing and presenting data for management reporting.
