Claims Risk Analyst role for experienced Claims professional

**THE BASICS**
- **Role** - Claims Risk Analyst.
- **Location** - Hybrid (3 days from impressive CBD office, 2 days from home).
- **Salary** - $80k package.
- **Hours** - Full time contract until April 24th with potential for extension/permanency.
- **Company** - Leading, national fin services company.
- **Team** - Collaborative, social, diverse and excellent culture.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage compensation claims
- Assess and analyse reports and data sets
- Investigate and validate inappropriate claims
- Recover incorrectly paid monies
- Provide responses to members, lawyers, third party insurers
- Process improvement and update templates
- Liaise with Solicitors / Lawyers regarding outstanding claims, statements, settlements, refunds
- Talk to members, discuss their claims and identifying if compensable
- Dealing with our own internal legal, compliance and policy team0
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience of compensable claims (WorkCover, Motor Vehicle Accident, Medical Negligence, Public Liability, Class Actions etc)
- Experience within the private health insurance industry
- Excellent communication and prioritising skills
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- A cohesive, hardworking, passionate work ethic
