**About The Role**

Are you passionate about sports and betting? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for making smart decisions under pressure? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the **Casual** **Risk Analyst** role at **Sportsbet**, Australia’s leading online betting platform.

As a Risk Operational Analyst, you will be part of the **Trading Risk team**, whose aim is to ensure we have the best-in-class risk management possible. You will be responsible for monitoring betting markets, managing liabilities, and resolving issues and errors. You will also build strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and provide a best-in-class user experience for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, committed and proactive. You will also need to have a high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and exceptional people skills. You will be able to multitask, adapt, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Monitor customer betting and market prices
- Bet acceptance
- Customer profiling
- Liability management
- Relationship building with relevant internal stakeholders
- Identify and remove customer pain points
- Identify & resolve pricing & settlement errors

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible working week policy but please note this role will have a strong weighting towards weekend work.
