**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager Implementation Monitoring, the Project Coordinator is part of a small team that monitors, analyses and reports on the implementation progress of recommendations and agreed actions from major emergency management reviews and inquiries and the Victorian Emergency Management Strategic Action Plan. The role also provides support to other priority assurance projects. Through managing the collection of information and research to support the implementation monitoring of these commitments and planning and tracking the delivery of these projects, the Project Coordinator makes a significant contribution to the assurance of emergency management arrangements in Victoria.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing collection of information and research to support IGEM implementation monitoring and other priority assurance projects.
- Planning, tracking and reporting on IGEM implementation monitoring projects.
- Organising and facilitating meetings and communicating with stakeholders.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to use and maintain information systems.
- Experience in project management/coordination and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with our stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector (desirable).
