We have an outstanding opportunity for a Project Coordinator with background in telecommunications industry to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting agenda, actions and minutes
- Prepare presentation packs
- Produce reports from MS-Project
- Support Project Managers / Team members
- Monitor all milestones
- Manage contracts and report this back to team members
- Work and manage multiple contracting priorities
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong project coordination/Support experience and the passion to unleash your potential in the project space
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, managing client's front of house customer and agents with site related queries.
- Strong experience using MS project and similar project tools
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills
- Strong level MS Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and time-frames
- You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
