Our client is looking for someone to join their team, supporting the business across commercial, logistics, marketing, and personnel coordination. This is not a company just posing as a technology startup. Real R&D, engineering and building is at the core of this company. Here you are going to find more circuit boards and *(what) rather than coloured beanbags and ping pong tables.

This company is a tech company in every sense of the term; they build their own hardware and software. Their achievements so far have not only been recognised with a number of awards in the areas of innovation, but by a leading VC what has been behind several household names in Australia.

You will have the opportunity to mix with other people from the startup and VC environment.

However, there is still lots of work to be done and lots of growth to be achieved. In terms of startup’s this really is the best of both worlds. The company is still young enough to make an impact and be a part of journey, but with paying customers, strong funding and solid revenue.

**The Role**

The role is very much an all-rounder position, helping the company run and learning the full scope of the business. You will be supporting the founder and the rest of team in some key areas:
Commercial
- Customer relationships
- Evaluating and leading partnership opportunities.
- Assisting with financial reporting.
- Assist with reporting presentation to shareholders.

Operations
- Support with physical product delivery globally.
- Assist with supply chain.
- Support onboarding and orientation to new team members.

Marketing (Basics)
- Contribute to merchandise and branding efforts.
- Help prepare marketing material.
- Social media management.
- Website management
- Help prepare marketing collaterals

**What would make you a great for for this role**:

- A genuine interest and passion for business.
- A desire to be a part of and contribute to the success a startup technology company.
- Financial acumen and commercial nous.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn to use accounting software
- A qualification in marketing, commerce, business, or similar would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills.
- An understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS would be useful.
- The ability to build relationships with customers, partners and government officials

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
