- **You’ll be exposed to**:_
- Operating in a high-volume, fast paced environment, using good judgement to navigate requests
- Prioritising conflicting requests and workload daily
- Building relationships at all levels of the business, being one of the first points of contact
- Building on already great MS office skills - learning from the experts in our HR team and broader business
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a global HRIS (Workday)
- Build regular reporting skills across all areas of HR (solid excel skills are essential)
- Improving processes, we’re constantly changing and there’s always ways we can improve
- A working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements
- A member of specialist groups, (e.g. our Industrial Relations group)

The learning and exposure in this position is huge and even though it’s for 12 months, it sets any aspiring HR professional up early in their career.
- **The Opportunity**_

Our Tradelink People Performance Team are a collaborative and high energy group of professionals who have specialist skills across generalist human resources, learning and development and talent acquisition. As the result of our two HR Administrators taking leave, we have an opportunity for two positions based in our Banyo National Support Office.
- **About You**_

We are looking to speak with people who have strong administration skills, a real bonus if some of that has been in HR and you have experience with an HRIS - Workday would be ideal You will regard yourself as a natural organiser who enjoys the challenge of juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our most successful team members have well-developed communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, a keen eye for detail and love the challenge of meeting deadlines.
