**Description**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven professional to join our People & Culture team at our Brisbane site. Reporting to the National P&C Manager, the P&C Business Partner, is a client facing role that provides people management support, advice, and consultative services to internal clients in a manufacturing facility environment.

The P&C Business Partner is a valuable part of the P&C team and will work with leaders and managers to develop HR solutions to business needs, deliver P&C Business Partner services that support effective workforce management and to build the people management capability of leaders and managers.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. Occasional requirement to work outside normal operating hours.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Provide high quality advice and guidance to your key stakeholders across the business. This may include performance and conduct matters, strategy, and compliance
Act as a key contact for unions and union delegates
Support in Enterprise Bargaining preparation
Review, update and improve P&C procedures to maintain alignment with legislation and company updates
Influencing key stakeholders to ensure that the People & Culture strategy is delivered
Be a trusted advisor to Manufacturing Managers, Supervisors, future leaders, and team members
Lead and coordinate projects in association with management on HR initiatives

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Degree qualified in Human Resources
Extensive and demonstrated experience in generalist human resources roles, preferably within a manufacturing / FMCG environment
Employee Relations experience, including exposure to management of union relationships, and providing guidance and support in relation to ER matters
Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
You will be comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Highly effective communication skills
