360 Personnel are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our fast growing, dynamic team. We are a leading recruitment agency, dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top tier clients and fostering long-term success.

**What can you bring to the team?**

As a key member of our Adelaide branch, you will be responsible for the following:

- Proactively identify and pursue potential new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Grow relationships with current clients.
- Initiate outreach campaigns, participate in networking events, and conduct sales presentations to attract new clients.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, including contract agreements.
- Conduct screening checks, interviews, and reference checks.
