**Graduate Entry Level - Portfolio Data Specialist**

**Who is Procuret?**

Procuret is a dynamic Australian Fintech providing online payment solutions to small and medium businesses to help them pay for essential invoices. We provide solutions such as B2B Buy Now Pay Later, digital Insurance Premium funding and Pay Now.

At Procuret we help transform the Customer's business for the better Whether it is helping Customers that are seeking to use our service for another purchase, renewing their plans or communicating with customers through short term challenges.

We will provide you with a supportive environment and training to give you the practical skills to jump start your career in Fintech.

**What your day will look like**:
Being able to deliver an amazing customer experience is important to us, and so is being able to fund market leading products, whilst using data to make decisions and drive profitable growth.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Review transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Evaluate deal structures, terms, and potential risks and escalate as needed.
- Maintaining data integrity of portfolio, ensuring the accuracy of data and remediation of data issues
- Working with the broader team to conduct exploratory data analysis and experimental designs
- Tracking business performance against KPIs and providing analytics and insights on portfolio and emerging trends
- Using various data analytics methodologies to support the management team with various creative solutions and support their decision making and algorithms
- Prepare and deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting - a critical requirement for ongoing funding and play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (management, investors and funders).

**What we're looking for?**
- Comfortable with working with various data sets using different means (knowledge of Python would advantageous but not essential)

**-**Advanced Database, Excel or SQL skills are essential
- Upcoming or recent mathematics, statistics, or computer science engineering or related degree graduate
- Strong communicator; able to explain complex scenario, to various non-technical stake holders
- Able to work alongside various stakeholders with differing disciplines and competing priorities to deliver timely support, insightful analysis and reporting
- Someone who thrives on making sense of data and is not afraid to dive into new tasks, who enjoys delivering in working in small teams and fast paced environment.

This is an entry level role, so the successful applicant will require a genuine interest in Fintech and open to future opportunities as the business expands.
