**The Roles**:
We have a number of exciting entry level roles for recent Media/Marketing (or similar) Graduates, or suited to anyone interested in kick starting their career within the Media industry These fantastic opportunities are working within Administration, Customer Support and Sales Support functions Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Providing support for our sales teams across the advertising campaign lifecycle
- Responding to customer enquires
- Producing reports and insights for the team
- Updating the CRM database and other internal systems

**Location and Employment**:
We offer full time, permanent opportunities with flexible working in a hybrid / WFH capacity.

North Sydney - come join our brand new North Sydney office space, 1 min walk from the train station with sweeping harbour views

**Training and Support**:
No experience necessary To set you up for success in your new chosen career path, we offer exemplary training across a variety of methods (1:1, video, documents/case studies, on-the-job etc).

**About you**:
You’ll have a genuine love and interest in providing exemplary customer service and seeing problems through to successful resolution. You are a strong communicator, expert collaborator, have an eye for detail, and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively. MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) and Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop) is required. Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude A qualification in media/marketing/communications or similar preferred but not essential
