**How this position will make a difference to the City of Parramatta
**This position is a critical core member of our small unit enabling us to deliver a highly regarded program of national & international shows and capacity building opportunities.
You will reports directly to the Executive Producer role and assists with the administration, reporting, processing and coordination of productions and NTofP projects.
You will be key in supporting the Executive Producer deliver the annual program of performances, events and projects (as required).
**On a daily basis you will**:
- Coordinate the overall administration, budget and record keeping for NTofP. Including not not limited to budget, contract preparation, auditions, developments, presentations, productions and tours.
- Build and maintain productive, collaborative and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as performing companies, agents, artists, staff and volunteers..
- Prepare artist and partnerships agreements and assist in negotiations where appropriate.
- Process financial paperwork and all contracts required for the delivery of the program.
- Ensure business activity and procurement is in accordance with Council and statutory requirements.
- Ensure EEO, the principles for a culturally diverse society, and Council policies are complied with at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and organisational effectiveness, by acting ethically, honestly and with fairness.
**About you
You will collaborate effectively within a team and contribute positively to team operations and working relationships.
You are a flexible worker, able to multi-task and manage changing priorities, while meeting deadlines.
You will bring a high level of communication skills including ability to maintain effective interpersonal and professional relationships with staff at all levels and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in the performing arts.
You will be a problem - solver, capable of coordinate projects end to end and organise multiple tasks.
You are comfortable using MS Office, particularly excel and financial systems.

**What’s on offer**
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $70,195 Plus Superannuation
